jobs the easy way.

Workers can add their resume, to the resume database, and let the boss find you that
new job,..you can still job search, job listings that may be posted by employers.

Bosses can look for workers through our database, post job ads, contracts or tenders
and we will help you to find the right person for your position.

You can remove your details at any time from the site, once you've found a job, or the
job position has been filled.

This site has been designed to be simplistic in appearance, with fast access into the
worker database and search ability like no other, which offers true results without the
congestion of possibly many resume papers, per each person selected.   Workboss
only allows workers to submit a brief but accurate summary of their work experience
for your convenience, at this early selection stage (their full resume would be taken
with them to any interview).


Important:( For reasons of security & information integrity, we at workboss, encourage
the use of the most secure option available to the worker;- that being the paid option
WITHOUT ACCESS TO YOUR DETAILS;- however this may not be very appealing to the worker
who wants access to his/ her details so they may be changed, so two additional options
are also available ;- PAID WITH ACCESS, and FREE WITH ACCESS, additional conditions
apply to these options, read carefully).

 
_For the workers_ by placing your resume/experience into the database, gets only your
basic details and resume shown as your identity is protected from public view, and
only known by us at work-boss.com.au.  Your basic details and resume are on our site
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for either 1 year (for unemployed, university & high
school students) or 6 months (for everyone else) for only $20.00 for the most secure
option;- or you can select the paid option with access, or the free option,
both have access to your details,( additional terms and conditions apply
to the last two options ). for the paid, and paid with access, this works out at
only 5.5 cents per day for unemployed, university & high school students, or 11 cents
per day for all others.


The main search section on the bosses/employer side has a keyword(s) field, which
searches all the workers resumes - by including your future prospects, this may
increase the chance of your details being found by an employer.

_For the employers_: there is no restriction on who can search the database, as it is
open to anyone, and it's FREE.

Cost: this is one of the main reasons behind this employment service, as you may have
already found, there is quite a number of them out there! Our prices are shown in the
rates and prices section, for you to contact up to 4 individuals for the job position at a
flat rate of $25.00.

We do not have any membership fee or requirements to meet, no password or id
number to remember to search the database and no commission or percentage based
fee for placing the individual(s) into a job, from using this site.

You can search our database free for that new employee, with what I believe to be the
best search fields, so you can find that right worker.

The cost of making contact with a possible new worker is rather small in comparison
to using the newspaper, radio or television, which only lasts that day, or for that
moment in radio or TV time. Not to mention the time consuming process of going
through all of the prospective candidates resumes.

person!_ That is why you have as many search fields as possible available to you, to
get the right person for the job.

By the time the candidate that you have chosen through this site comes for their first
interview, you already have a number of questions answered, so you will only have a
short list of candidates for the job. As the old saying goes, time is money.

_Search tips_: The main search fields should be fully utilized to offer the most
exacting results for refinement, as any field not used will not be available in the
refinement section. _The results will only be as good as the information used for its
search!.

Having the ability to refine your main search results with a number of selected fields
in the refinement section, gives the searcher a fast and precise result from the fields
chosen. Best of all this section only manipulates the main search results, no matter
what configuration of fields are used, or how many times it is used, until a new main
search is conducted.

You can print out any of the resumes/experiences of any one in the results list, so as to
have a hard copy, by pressing on the ID number of the individual or first name, then
print the page.

These resumes/experiences, will only be approximately one A4 page long, and consist
of main key points of their experience, so as to not bog the searcher down in piles of
resume papers at this point.

Should you find a possible new employee(s), select that person by pressing on the
select button on the right hand side. This puts them into a contact area, (this area is to
the side of and under the bypass section, up in the main search section) once happy
with your selection, press next. The next page is filled in along with your e-mail
message and the selected employee(s) receive your message, once payment for this
message has been processed and approved.

Your message will be sent to those selected - it's now up to the individual to get in
contact with you, to arrange an interview time etc. The reason for this approach is the
worker/employee's identity remains protected.

the first thing you will notice is the lack of banners/ or sponsor advertising- which can clutter up the front page of a site.
so the site looks clean and easy to use ( which it is )

next, is the direct access into the section of interest- either the workers side or the bosses side, ( you may be wondering where is the login area for these sections ) well, there is only one, and it involves posting multiple ads- on the bosses side; everywhere else is open to all and free to search, so go for it.( no password and number to remember to get into this site, -- as if you needed another one to remember !.)

now, i will step you through the site, one section at a time,- starting on the workers side-,
at the top is _ search jobs_ there are 6 fields here you can use, 2 is the min required, and every time a search is conducted on the fields selected- so try to use as many as possible, all details are shown on the job listings
( nothing is held back )

under this is the _ ad worker _ section, as it implies, this is where a worker places his/ her details.
( note:- certain fields are marked with an _ * _ to the side of them, this means that the information placed within that field is not for public viewing, and only known by us at work-boss. ( this means you can search for a new or second job in comlpete privacy, while still working at your current job )- now isn't that a better way of finding another job !.
the price for this is small, in comparison to other methods of finding work, not to mention the time saved or the fact that your resume/ experience is out there 24 hours a day ( day and night ) everyday, for the duration of it's time allotted.

there is a number of reasons, this is - not free- as only quality information will be supplied by you the worker in here, because you are not going to fill in the fields with ( inaccurate, false, missleading, rubbish ) if your paying for it, are you ?.

secondly, by limiting the page size of the resume/ experience field-, gives the searcher of the database for workers, a clear and precise look at your experience in one page, with all keypoints displayed,. with not having reams of pages to filter through of each person, makes for the searcher, a much faster and more exacting ability to search and refine results.

lastly is the _remove worker_ section, this is again straight forward and easy.

on the bosses side, first up top is the _ search workers_ section, again the main search criteria fields should be all used, as these fields can not be used in the refine section of the results of the main search.
with the results page, there is a refine section, this has a number of fields, which can be used in whatever configuration, and used as many times over to search the results found by the main search.
to change the results which you have been refining with this section, is to conduct a new main search- by again filling in the fields of the main search criteria at the top.

as you can see the results, give some basic information, so to view a persons resume/ experience, click on the persons name or id number.
to contact this person, go back to the results page and click on the ( select )- note: you can select up to 4 people to contact in the contact section, at the top right, below the by pass area- ( quickly, this area is for those who have in the past conducted a search and printed the page or pages of worker resume,
- on the printed page is the worker id number- ) so you can by pass the search, by typing in the id number, and press add, it goes into the contact worker section below.
you can remove any of the ones selected, once happy with your choice, press next,- fill in the form along with the message you want to send, once the transaction is approved, all those chosen will receive your message and details, it's now up to them to get in contact with you to arrange a time etc.

the benerfits from using this site for your employment requirements is trully easy, cost effective, fast and exacting, ( as i have said before _ time is money_ and, no one knows the job requirements better than the searcher/ employer ).
you can have up to 9 questions answered plus what ever you find in the keyword search and resume/ experience of that individual...that is before you have even seen them or their full resume, that would be taken along to the interview...

so you have been putting up with the ( quick searchs ) and the ones that offer the worker _ free_ resume placement on their sites, and use these resume writers to compile an " interesting resume", the ability to change details "at will"....you have no assurance what you are seeing is really accurate of the person, if it's been written by another, or the details have been altered by a " friend" as a joke.
a lot of thought has gone into the work-boss site, to remove a number of possible problem areas that i have seen and herd about; to give all users a refreshing change from the established employment services out there...enough ear bending, lets move on.

next is the _ post job listing_ as the name says post job listings or contract/ tender ads, for individual or businesses, it is all layed out on the form.. to find out the cost of such ads, go to the rates and prices section on the front page.

the _ post multiple jobs_ section, only for businesses posting multiple single job positions only.
now this is where the login box is, that was mentioned earlier at the begining, only for businesses/ individuals who require to post a number of job ads over a certain period of alloted time.. namely 15 ads within 30 days, which ever comes first.
to get access into here you first have to fill in the user subscription form etc, once paid for and completed, place in your id number and password, all ads are for a single job placement- however there is nothing wrong with using it to forfill a number of job openings within the nominated ad- but this will be limited by the information supplied on the form fields.
every time one ad is placed, this comes off the number purchased, until they are used up or time has expired.

remove job listing-- again a simple process, select the correct area, it's that easy.
